Job Description
The Lead Analyst – Non-Financial Risk role is a permanent position in Sydney, with a hybrid work environment. The role involves evolving and embedding enterprise risk frameworks at Australia's central bank, working in the Risk and Compliance Department.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in non-financial risk, operational risk or compliance within a complex environment
- Strong experience in designing, implementing or uplifting risk and compliance management frameworks
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and drafting controls
- Experience operating in a second line of defence role
- Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and better practice in risk management
- Strong understanding of enterprise-wide risk and compliance management frameworks, policies and standards
