Job Description
As the Practice Manager for Integration Services, you will lead a high performing delivery practice at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) and develop, lead, and mature the Integration Services delivery practice by providing people leadership, building capability, setting direction and priorities, managing demand forecasts with supply and contributing to resourcing strategies that enable high quality delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- Develop, lead and mature the Integration Services delivery practice
- Provide technical delivery guidance and assurance across integration initiatives
- Partner closely with project managers, architecture, security, operations, and vendors to guide solution design, align expectations, support accurate estimation and forecasting, resolve delivery and technical risks, and achieve sustainable outcomes
- Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, ensuring procurement and delivery engagements are effective, expectations are aligned, and issues or blockers impacting delivery outcomes are addressed in a timely manner
