Job Description
Are you motivated by the opportunity to help shape how we manage financial risk to the RBNZâs balance sheet? This is a key leadership role within the Financial Markets Department of New Zealandâs central bank.
Requirements
- Lead oversight of the teamâs first line financial risk management activities, including financial risk monitoring, reporting and drive continuous improvement of processes.
- Lead uplift initiatives and strategic financial risk management projects
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the RBNZ and build strong relationships
- Help to lead a great team, including coaching and developing others.
