Requirements

• Experience providing high-level administrative support in a complex organisation to ensure smooth and effective operations
• Ability to oversee the day-to-day functioning of office operations
• Comfort planning and delivering the logistics for meetings, conferences, and events
• Confidence managing domestic and international travel arrangements
• Experience assisting with budget preparation, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts
