Manager, Search & AI Visibility

Resident is looking for a Manager, Search & AI Visibility to join the SEO team within the Labs Product division. The role will play a key part in supporting Resident's next phase of growth, with a strong emphasis on new brand launches, site migrations, and scaling SEO practices across an expanding portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in SEO — spanning technical SEO, on-page optimization, content SEO, ecommerce SEO, or organic growth.
• Deep, hands-on command of technical SEO — crawlability, indexation, site architecture, JavaScript rendering, structured data, canonicals, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, and page performance.
• Strong experience owning on-page optimization across ecommerce and content environments — keyword research, metadata, headings, schema, FAQs, content briefs, internal linking, content refreshes, and cannibalization analysis.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, BigQuery, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Botify, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Profound, or comparable platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical SEO concepts for non-technical audiences.
