Job Description
Resident is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their in-house product design team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product design experience, including significant experience designing digital products for eCommerce platforms. The role involves leading the design direction for Resident's e-commerce experiences, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, customer-centered solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Experience designing digital products for eCommerce platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience building, maintaining, and evolving design systems and component libraries within Figma
- Experience working in data-informed product environments
- Experience using Notion and Jira
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and guide junior designers
