Account Representative

This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client problems and escalations, and is responsible for creating, modifying and communicating daily schedules for service technicians.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in overseeing critical internal and external client accounts
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to remain positive and professional in high-pressure situations
• Proactive, reliable, highly organized with ability to work independently
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, CRMs)
• Ability to set and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
