Job Description
Residential Home Health and Hospice is looking to add a Home Health Physical Therapist to their care team. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team to provide patient care plans and is eligible for a $20,000 total bonus potential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college
- Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
