Job Description
We're looking for compassionate nurses to join our team at Residential Home Health and Hospice. As an After Hours Hospice Registered Nurse, you'll collaborate with a team to provide patient care plans and enjoy a supportive environment with a comprehensive onboarding program and career mobility tools. Eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus!
Requirements
- RN license in the state you work
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
- Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
