Job Description
At Residential Home Health and Hospice, we're looking to add a Hospice Medical Social Worker, MSW to our team. This role supports patients in Warren and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Master's in Social Work from graduate school accredited by the Council of Social Work
- Minimum of one year of social work experience in a healthcare setting
- Medical Social Worker license in good standing
- Current driver's license
- Ability to self-manage time and schedule
- Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
