HR Business Partner

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders across India and the wider APAC region, combining core HRBP responsibilities with an emphasis on Talent Acquisition delivery.

Provide day-to-day HR guidance, support leaders in driving engagement and capability building, and act as a trusted advisor balancing commercial needs with HR best practice.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HRBP or HR generalist in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally across multiple regions (India/APAC exposure preferred)
• Solid understanding of Indian employment law and HR practices
• Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
