We are looking for a Sr. Engineering Test Engineer to join the NPI Manufacturing team to ensure the success of pilot builds and product launches through the deployment of functional test stations and technical support during validation phases.
Requirements
- Implement and adjust functional test stations (FFT, ICT) in coordination with Engineering and Manufacturing.
- Perform functional failure debug on both product and test benches.
- Support EVT/DVT testing and pilot builds, ensuring test coverage and station stability.
- Document technical findings in a structured manner and generate clear, actionable reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, manufacturability, and test functionality.
- Participate in design reviews with a DFM/DFA perspective.
- Collaborate in developing manufacturing processes, line layouts, station balancing, and test requirements.
- Support validation of manufacturing capacity from pilot to ramp-up.
