Job Description
A Senior Test Development Engineer is required to perform medium to high complexity engineering work, including development of test solutions, test crisis support, and continuous improvement of core competency. The role requires a strong understanding of Manufacturing Test Strategy and proficiency in multiple areas of test development, including structural and functional test, development of Manufacturing Test Specifications, and Design For Test Analysis.
Requirements
- Development of test solutions, including test specifications and test solutions of low to medium complexity
- Implementation of new test technologies, philosophies, and first-of-kind projects
- Coaching and mentoring junior engineers and technicians on a technical level
- Design of custom circuitry, mechanical hardware, and software
