Senior Manufacturing Test Development Engineer

At Jabil, we are seeking a Sr. Software Test Development Engineer to contribute to the transformative growth within our Enterprise and Infrastructure division. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing test systems and procedures for manufacturing processes, creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts to assess the functionality and performance of hardware components or devices. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 5-8 years’ experience in a software manufacturing test development/sustaining with enterprise server, storage or networking products
• Expertise in programming/scripting languages: Python, Java, BASH, C, C++
• Linux development expertise with a solid understanding of its fundamentals: CentOS/Ubuntu
• Experience with code versioning tools (Git preferred)
• Ability to travel up to 10% globally as required
