VAT Analyst

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a VAT Analyst to join their Indirect Tax team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day compliance of multiple businesses throughout Europe, liaising with external advisors and supporting in-house VAT reporting. The role will involve preparing VAT Returns, EC Sales Lists, and other mandatory reports related to VAT, as well as identifying areas of incorrect VAT treatment and communicating with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams regarding correct booking of documents from VAT perspective.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant accounting or VAT compliance
• Fluent English is essential and additional languages would be beneficial
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, analytical and methodical with strong attention to detail
