Job Description
Resillion is looking for an experienced Test Lead / Team Manager to join a high-performing delivery team, leading the testing strategy across a range of impactful digital projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Lead / Senior QA
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools such as: Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber / Robot Framework
- Experience building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks
- Demonstrable team leadership or mentoring experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborative mindset with experience in Agile environments
- Proactive problem solver with attention to detail
