Job Description
We are recruiting a H/F Customer Support Counselor on a permanent basis at our site in St Priest (Lyon) in France. As a true customer relations professional, you will bring your expertise and know-how to our dentists, patients, and internally.
Requirements
- Solid experience in customer relations
- Expertise in demonstrating a real 'customer satisfaction' sense
- Ability to adapt in an expanding international group
- Organization, rigor, and proactivity
- Language skills in French, English (B2 level), and German
- First experience with healthcare professionals
- Minimum Bac+2
