Job Description
Resmed is looking for a Customer Advisor to support patients with sleep apnea in Germany. The role involves providing technical support, data entry, and customer consultations. The ideal candidate has a medical or technical background, experience in customer service, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Completed training in the medical or technical field or comparable qualification
- Experience in telephone customer service, customer service or customer/patient contact (preferably in the medical field)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM systems
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, English knowledge is an advantage
