Job Description
We are looking for a highly capable and driven Manager, Headgear Engineering to join our expanding Engineering team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a major manufacturing expansion, with new plants coming online and increasing operational complexity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 8+ years’ experience in manufacturing engineering (high-volume environments)
- Strong expertise in process improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with automation and manufacturing systems
