NPI Engineering Manager, Motors Manufacturing

The NPI Engineering Manager, Motors Manufacturing is responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, and documents to meet production volume, quality, OHS, and cost requirements. The role leads a team in areas such as process development, innovation, and improvement, and works closely with Product Development to ensure manufacturable products.

Requirements

• Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Engineering or Business management.
• At least 8 years relevant manufacturing experience, including experience in a similarly regulated industry.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and experience of relevant business management systems (Microsoft and other software systems, GMP, Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies).
