Job Description
We are looking for a Procurement - Governance Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in the Netherlands with a fixed-term contract for one year. The role requires strong stakeholder collaboration to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable processes that drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in process design, governance, or operations within procurement or a related function
- Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and compliance
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in procurement
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with change management and training programs
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
