The role involves taking customer enquiries, providing training and support, and selling new or additional services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure
• Strong and adaptable communication skills
• Active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues
• Healthcare retail experience preferred
