The Senior Director of B2B eCommerce leads the strategic evolution of the ResMed Online Store, reimagining how we serve our B2B customers through digital-first experiences. This role is pivotal in defining and delivering the vision for the next-generation ROS platform—shaping a scalable, intuitive, and data-driven eCommerce environment that streamlines workflows, enhances operational efficiency, and deepens customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Define the long-term vision and digital roadmap for ResMed’s B2B online store
- Lead modernization of the ROS platform to drive frictionless ordering, billing, and account management experiences
- Champion innovation in digital commerce, introducing advanced capabilities such as predictive search, personalized dashboards, and automated workflow tools
- Own the end-to-end product experience for ROS, from discovery to delivery
- Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to ensure the platform reflects diverse market requirements while maintaining a unified global experience
- Utilize customer data and analytics to continuously improve usability, efficiency, and engagement
- Partner closely with Technology, UX, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver best-in-class platform features and integration with ResMed’s broader ecosystem
- Align with Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to digitize end-to-end processes such as billing, returns, RMAs, and warranty management
- Lead governance for platform prioritization, ensuring decisions balance innovation, stability, and scalability
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to optimize conversion, adoption, and customer self-service engagement
- Inspire a culture of digital-first thinking and continuous improvement across teams
- Drive adoption of new digital tools and workflows through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure internal readiness for platform releases, guiding change management and operational alignment
- Partner with analytics and BI teams to measure platform success using KPIs tied to customer efficiency, satisfaction, and retention
