Job Description
The Senior Manager Finance role at ResMed is responsible for owning end-to-end cost center forecasting, reporting, and financial governance for all areas of Product and QA/RA, while serving as a strategic thought partner to the Global Heads of Engineering and QA/RA.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles
- Strong cost center management and forecasting expertise
- Proven experience partnering with senior functional leaders, ideally in Engineering, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, or other technical organizations
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of headcount-driven cost structures, investment governance, and operating expense management
- Executive-ready communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA a plus
