Systems Engineer

The primary role of the Systems Engineer is to develop, manage, and maintain system-level requirements and architectures for products, ensuring they meet customer and business expectations. The engineer will play a pivotal role in guiding system-level design and integration across hardware and software domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field)
• Minimum of 2 years of related engineering experience
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements development, system architecture, and interface definition
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex system interactions
• Familiarity with risk management processes (e.g., system risk analysis, DFMEA) and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., safety, quality, and medical device standards) and the ability to apply them within system design and lifecycle activities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
