Job Description
As a Part-Time Intern in our Technical Support Sales Operation team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless resolution of company and client issues related to post-working processes and warranty claims.
Requirements
- Studying Mechanical, Electric or Electronic engineering or courses related to customer service processes
- Must be based in SĂŁo Paulo, Brazil
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Effective communications skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively interact and maintain professionalism with customers at all levels via phone and email
- Strong logic and analytical skills
- Strong editing, reading comprehension, and conceptualization skills
- Training experiences a plus
- Strong presentation skills and experience is a plus
- Must be advanced Portuguese speaker
- Advanced English and intermediate Spanish is a plus
