Job Description
The Systems Engineering Manager - Test Solutions provides people leadership within the Test Systems Engineering discipline, enabling delivery & sustaining of our New product introduction & Legacy Manufacturing test solutions.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Software, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years in engineering and people leadership roles, ideally within manufacturing, test, or systems environments
- Strong collaboration, communication, and influence skills across multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven capability in managing a diverse range of deliverables across multiple projects and stakeholder groups
