Job Description
The Tru by Hilton is looking to add a General Manager to their team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in full-service hotel operations and a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure proper training of staff, and manage HR functions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in full-service hotel operations required
- 10+ years of experience preferred
- Previous General Manager experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and financial management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
