Job Description
Resolver is looking for a Director of Finance to join its finance leadership team and help scale the next stage of Resolver's growth. The ideal person is equal parts finance expert, coach and business partner. They will oversee finance operations, accounting, compliance, controls, reporting, and strategic finance initiatives for a global, multi-entity organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant accounting experience
- CPA designation
- Experience leading finance teams within a SaaS, technology, or similarly complex business environment
- Experience with analyzing or implementing Finance/Accounting internal controls and processes
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, V-lookup, pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, etc.)
- Experience working with FinancialForce, Sage Intacct, and MS Dynamics (accounting software), Power BI, Salesforce (CRM), Concur (AP), and Xactly (Commissions)
