We are looking for a qualified professional to serve as Communications & Marketing Specialist at a Ukrainian engineering company. The job involves reviewing contracts, developing marketing policies, creating content, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain internal communication standards
• Draft, edit, and structure internal and external communications
• Create and manage content for digital channels
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging and tone
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Research relevant industry conferences, exhibitions, and events
• Support preparation of materials for events
• Maintain and update structured databases
• Identify and research potential clients, partners, and new market opportunities
• Contribute to the development of communication and marketing strategies
• Coordinate communication activities with PR partners or external agencies
• Monitor and improve the quality, clarity, and professionalism of all outgoing communication
