Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join a leading international fintech company with offices in Cyprus, the UK and the UAE.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- ACCA qualification (required)
- 6+ years of total experience, including 1-2 years specifically in Reporting, Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Investment Analysis
- Fluent English and Russian or Ukrainian (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Power BI and SAP
- Strong analytical mindset with close attention to detail
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- High ethical standards and commitment to financial data confidentiality
