In-House Legal Counsel

We are looking for a qualified legal professional to serve as in-house counsel at a Ukrainian engineering company. The in-house counsel will review contracts, partnership agreements, and compliance matters while also developing the company’s technology and compliance policy framework.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited Ukrainian university
• Active license to practice law in Ukraine
• Minimum 3 years of professional legal experience
• Strong background in Ukrainian corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Professional working proficiency in English
