Job Description
Genting Malaysia is a leading multinational conglomerate in the leisure and hospitality business. We are seeking a dynamic FRONT OFFICE AGENT to assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all room division related functions.
Requirements
- Handle check-in process, registration and room assignment
- Maintain cleanliness in hotel premises and adhere to OSHA standard and Emergency Procedure
- Handle guest information and take responsibilities in guest complaints and follow through
