Job Description
The Gardener will plan, assign and oversee daily landscape and nursery upkeep tasks, supervise a team of workers, and ensure quality meets company and client standards.
Requirements
- Prior working experience (2 years & above) in supervisory role in related fields (Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture or Nursery background)
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu or English
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of handling plants, gardening tools and equipment
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., using mobile apps or Excel for reporting)
- Possession of a valid Goods Driving License (an advantage)
