Beverage Server

Provide prompt and friendly service to guests, input orders into the POS system, and comply with all department and local rules and regulations. Required experience includes bartending and/or alcohol serving, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work varying schedules is necessary.

Requirements

• Prompt, efficient and friendly quality service of drinks ordered.
• Proper input of each order into the POS system.
• Comply with all department rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and all local, state and federal rules and regulations as they pertain to the service of liquor.
• Prepare set-ups and properly garnish drinks.
• Retrieve used glasses.
• Responsible for proper balance of server bank where applicable.
• Attend periodic meetings and training sessions.
• Promote positive public and employee relations.
• Present oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
