
Job description
The Military Family Life Counselor PRN is a licensed mental health professional who provides non-medical counseling services to Service Members and their families. They partner with Service Family Centers, Guard and Reserve programs, and other organizations to build coalitions and connect resources.
Provides face-to-face counseling services, identifies family needs, and makes referrals to military and community resources. Develops and uses approved training and education programs, and tracks client services using reporting systems.
Requires a Master's Degree in a clinically relevant field, a full license to practice independently, and at least 2 years of post-license experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
