Shift Supervisor

Role Overview

The Shift Supervisor plays a key leadership role in supporting the MDA Security and Emergency Management Directorate by overseeing and coordinating comprehensive Security Operations Services across multiple MDA facilities nationwide.

What You Will Do

Lead and supervise security personnel, coordinate with Site Operations Managers, oversee Security Control Center operations, ensure security personnel receive proper training, and serve as a first responder for security and safety incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum of a BS/BA degree in security, law enforcement, or management related fields
• Six (6) years management experience
• Eight (8) years' experience in security or law enforcement administration
• Prior experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor
• Active secret security clearance
• No felony convictions
