Experiential Events Specialist

Resource Innovations is seeking an Experiential Events Specialist to support event operations by transporting, setting up, and managing a mobile lab at various event locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation, event setup, and customer-facing onsite engagement, with excellent communication skills and technical aptitude.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Familiarity with event setup processes and handling fragile equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting vehicle/trailer issues
• Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and time management under tight deadlines
