Experiential Events Specialist

Resource Innovations is seeking an Experiential Events Specialist to join our growing team in Worcester, MA. The Experiential Events Specialist will support event operations by transporting, setting up, and managing our mobile lab at various event locations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree or technical coursework in Electrical Technology, Renewable Energy Systems, HVAC, Energy Efficiency, Event Management, or Logistics
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with event setup processes and handling fragile equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting vehicle/trailer issues
• Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and time management under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment
• Professional appearance and ability to engage positively with clients and event attendees
