Resource Innovations is seeking a Residential Energy Auditor to join their team in Michigan. The ideal candidate will have experience in energy auditing or related fields and strong leadership skills. The role involves conducting in-home energy audits, collaborating with partners, and ensuring program integrity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in energy, construction, environmental science, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in a field services/quality control and quality assurance role, or consulting, energy efficiency or utility experience highly desired.
• Certification as a BPI Quality Control Inspector preferred, or ability to acquire within first 60 days of employment.
