Job Description
Resource Innovations is seeking a Proposal Development Lead to lead the proposal development process from RFP receipt through submission, develop and uphold the proposal development schedule, and write RFP-compliant proposal content. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in technical writing, marketing, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in writing and editing large, complex proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field OR 5+ years demonstrated and related experience in writing and editing large, complex proposals, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience developing, writing, producing, and managing materials in response to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/RFAs
- Experience with internet research, SharePoint, Salesforce, and advanced abilities in the Microsoft Office suite of software, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong writing skills
- Management and leadership skills
