Job Description
Resource Innovations seeks a hands-on Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager to lead a team of Salesforce Engineers and Administrators, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of SaaS applications on the Salesforce platform.
Requirements
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators
- Participate in system design and architecture, building scalable solutions using Salesforce technologies
- Conduct detailed code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
- Drive the full software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, release, and post-deployment support in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data protection requirements
