Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager to lead and support a team of Salesforce Engineers and Administrators. The role involves managing and leading a team while actively contributing to the design, development, and implementation of SaaS applications on the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators
• Participate directly in system design and architecture
• Conduct detailed code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
• Drive the full software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, release, and post-deployment support
