Job Description
Our client, a real estate company, provides affordable housing for middle income earners without compromising on quality. The Civil/Structural Engineer will design and construct buildings and structures that are safe and capable of withstanding the elements.
Requirements
- Minimum B.Sc Civil Engineering
- Project Management Certification
- Ability to use minimum of 3 design softwares (COREN is compulsory)
- Any other building/construction certificate
- Masters is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years in similar role
- Experience in site management and supervision
- Good understanding of building approval stages/processes
