Systems Integration Engineer (SOC) Analyst - Team Lead

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is hiring a SOC Analyst Team Lead to support our customer in Dahlgren, VA. The SOC Analyst Team Lead is responsible for leading the team in monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents within a Department of Defense (DoD) network environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or cybersecurity role
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, intrusion detection systems)
• Knowledge of incident response methodologies and frameworks
• Familiarity with RMF, STIGs, NIST 800-53 security controls, DISA policies, and compliance standards
• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Strong written and verbal communication, team collaboration, and incident coordination
