Commercial Lines Account Manager

Commercial Lines Account Manager role at ReSource Pro, responsible for managing small books of business, driving customer retention, and growing business through additional lines of coverage. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience, an active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license, and strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center
• Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Located in Mountain or Central time zone to accommodate client
• Microsoft Office Proficiency - Excel required
• Experience working in Agency Management System required
• Industry designations preferred such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
• Ability to adapt and succeed within a team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
