Commercial Lines Account Manager role at ReSource Pro, responsible for managing small books of business, driving customer retention, and growing business through additional lines of coverage. Requirements
- 3-5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Located in Mountain or Central time zone to accommodate client
- Microsoft Office Proficiency - Excel required
- Experience working in Agency Management System required
- Industry designations preferred such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
- Ability to adapt and succeed within a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
