Job Description
Assist with accounting tasks, general ledger maintenance, and administrative support. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, prepare invoices and statements, and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with accounting software; experience with Vantaca and Zego is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
