Job Description
Provide friendly, professional, and personable customer service to residents and guests. Report suspicious behavior and assist in emergency situations.
Requirements
- Provide friendly, professional, and personable customer service
- Report any type of suspicious behavior to the office or notify the police, if necessary
- Ensure all vehicles entering the property are identified as residents or bonafide guests or vendors
- Assist residents in emergency situations
- Keep a log of all activities and provide the same daily to the Community Association Manager
- Notify residents when guests arrive, issue guest parking passes
- Work as a team with the Concierge, Property Manager, Maintenance Team, Gate Supervisor, etc
- Safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with RPM's internal procedures and policies as well as all related employee handbooks and training/safety manuals
