- Experience of recruitment for financial or professional services
- Experience of high volume permanent recruitment
- Experience of working to targets and deadlines
- Proactive and headhunt approaches to candidates
- Service and delivery focussed with very professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prioritises effectively and works to tight deadlines
- Excellent team player with people orientated skills
- Able to work autonomously, organised and methodical
- Interest in business issues and motivated to add commercial value
- Enterprising with ability to network, referrals and maintain hot-book
- Provide effective, professional and timely response to clients and candidates
