Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. Prior recruiting experience is not required, and we welcome candidates from sales, customer service, operations, or other client-facing roles who bring strong communication skills, personality, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Prior experience working with U.S. based clients and teams is preferred
- Strong soft skills and natural ability to build rapport
- Comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn new software and systems
- Ability to work full-time, 9am to 5pm EST
