ResProp Management is seeking a LIHTC Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing process, create a positive resident experience, and market the property effectively. The ideal candidate will have a cheerful attitude, customer service focus, and sales/leasing experience.

• Understand the value of the property's features and marketing the property effectively
• Support occupancy and retention goals
• Use problem solving skills to handle unpredictable situations
